**AOR Logistics LLC (AOR)** seeks to add an Information Technology Specialist to join its growing team. AOR is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business and a proud member of the Chenega Alaska Native Village Corpration. AOR operates under the Chenega Professional Services Business Unit (PSSBU), which supports multiple subsidiaries of the Chenega Corporation.
The primary mission of the **Information Technology Specialist** **IV** is to provide a range of technology support services, including IT infrastructure hardware and software operations, maintenance, and help desk services. This position provides critical technology infrastructure support that ensures the continuity of operations of the IT network and associated hardware and software applications, enabling the successful accomplishment of the **Indian Health Service’s Mescalero Service Unit** , located in Mescalero, New Mexico, just 30 miles north of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Holloman Air Force Base.

Responsibilities
+ Deliver a range of non-personal services for the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Mescalero Service Unit located in Mescalero, NM.
+ Provide effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
+ Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, administrators, and medical staff to effectively provide healthcare services, in accordance with IHS standards and project/operational requirements.
+ Installs and configures software and applies patches or updates to maintain basic IT infrastructure such as servers, workstations, and
+ network devices
+ Installs and configures an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks and monitors network performance.
+ Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data and ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are up to date
+ Provide appropriate documentation and record keeping associated with the duties and responsibilities involved in supporting the IT infrastructure of the organization.
+ Collaborate with the company leadership in the development and submission of monthly status reports related to the contract.
+ Support company-to-government communication, by providing supporting documentation that enable the accurate and timely development of planned or ad hoc reports or information.
+ Provide support as requested to company briefings, presentations, and meetings, related directly to the organizational, operational, and administrative requirements of the contract under which this position is assigned.

+ Collaborate with company leadership and stakeholders on ideas to continually improve and enhance performance and customer relationship management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ Education: Bachlors Degree
+ Active in or having completed courses toward achieving a Technical or Skilled Trade certification(s), Community College degree, or other College or University degree, is preferred.
+ Credit is also given for number of years of related work experience in lieu of a certification or degree.
+ Experience: 7+ years of related job experience is preferred.
