We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and provide services to our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a talented **SharePoint Engineer** to help contribute to our success. The ideal candidate should have a background with Atlassian. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of SharePoint and Teams farms, including web servers and database servers, in support of business processing requirements.

+ Manages server backups and remediation of system vulnerabilities to include STIG compliance.

+ Troubleshooting support for incidents that occur within one (1) business day after receipt of request during normal business hours.

+ Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.

+ Utilize ServiceNow/Remedy/ITSM to maintain and track trouble tickets.

+ Develop and promote standard operating procedures.

+ Proactively identify issues and resolve and make suggestions for improvements to the environment.

+ Monitor farm performance, including emails regarding server performance, both AWS and virtual.

+ Schedule maintenance windows to roll out new versions, features, or fix bugs.

+ Maintains system documentation.

+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and vulnerabilities.

+ Participates in special projects.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree. Can be substituted for an Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

+ 4+ years relevant experience.

+ DoD IAT Level II Certification is required.

+ Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting SharePoint and Teams farms hosted on AWS and virtual servers.

+ Experience with Atlassian farm administration desired

+ Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Self-starter, the ability to work on tasks with little supervision or assistance

+ Experience with Group Policy Management and its impact on SharePoint and Teams

+ Experience with applying STIGs to systems, applications, and components and troubleshooting STIG related issues.

+ Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint/Teams issues, including but not limited to firewall, HBSS, SQL, hosting services, and virtual servers.

+ Experience with SENTRIS helpful

+ Excellent skills with writing documentation on the work performed

+ Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements, issues, and mission needs
