**The Logistics Ground Dispatcher** is responsible for coordinating ground transportation for DCI, under the direction of the Logistics Department Manager.
**Schedule** : Full-time, 40 hours/week; shifts start at 1800
Must be available to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Compensation:** Starting at $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
+ Communicates with various donor services coordinators and doctors
+ Estimates transportation times and costs
+ Coordinates ground and some degree of flight transportation
+ Obtains weather briefing, complete and file flight plans if needed
+ Maintains company databases
+ Verifies and maintains the ground crew on-call schedule
+ Monitors en-route transportation
+ Coordinates transportation vehicle availability with maintenance and administration department
+ Other tasks as required

Education and/or Experience:
+ High School Diploma required, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
+ Must have above average abilities and skills with:

+ Teamwork
