The purpose of this position is to oversee programming at Get Ready GEAR UP partner schools, coordinate all school-based college and career readiness initiatives, supervise school-based staff delivering GEAR UP services, provide ongoing training and support to ensure effective implementation, and manage daily program operations at several middle and high schools in the Twin Cities metro area and outstate Minnesota. This position is responsible for ensuring that federal GEAR UP grant requirements, program goals, and target outcomes are met at each assigned school site, both at the student and system levels.
Minimum Qualifications

+ 3-5 years' experience creating and implementing site-specific plans for program partners that identify primary program activities, target outcomes, and key performance indicators. This includes providing vision, direction, and programmatic oversight to program leaders and staff to ensure that all services are delivered as intended and align with state and federal goals.
+ 3 - 5 years' experience administering systems and frameworks to maintain programmatic standards and expectations, guide program activities, manage staff performance, support professional development, monitor progress, resolve conflicts, foster continuous improvement, and cultivate a culture of collaboration.
+ 3-5 years' experience organizing schedules and structures to support monitoring school-based staff in delivering program services; provide constructive feedback and assistance to staff as needed; build and maintain strong relationships between the agency and partner schools; and ensure that program delivery meets program objectives and job expectations.
+ 3-5 years' experience organizing and leading a Postsecondary Readiness Leadership Team and Postsecondary Network Alliance— including facilitating strategic planning sessions, coordinating all site-based college and career readiness initiatives, and convening regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and consistent communication.
+ 3-5 years' experience developing, sustaining, supporting, and fostering collaborative relationships with students, families, school partners, and outside stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to: district and school administrators, teachers, counselors, school support staff, Parent Advocates, and community partners.
+ 3-5 years' experience in leading team meetings to engage staff in strategic planning, decision-making, and ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing program results. This includes utilizing data from evaluation sources to enhance programming and service delivery, tracking staff responsibilities, and supporting decision-making when issues arise at program partner sites.
+ 3-5 years' experience in supervisory roles, assessing employee performance, and implementing corrective actions such as improvement plans, suspension, or discharge.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Five or more years of experience creating and implementing site-specific plans for program partners that identify primary program activities, target outcomes, and key performance indicators. Physical Requirements
+ Ability to position self and move sufficiently to perform repetitive tasks.
+ A certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
