Senior IT Program Manager – Digital & eCommerce Transformation

Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)

Drive the future of digital commerce. We’re looking for a proven Senior Program/Project Manager who thrives on turning complex digital visions into seamless customer experiences. In this role, you’ll lead high-visibility programs that power web, mobile, and omnichannel commerce for one of the most innovative enterprises in Orlando.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead multi-million-dollar digital and eCommerce transformation initiatives from strategy to launch.

+ Oversee cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, QA, and analytics — ensuring flawless collaboration and on-time delivery.

+ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable roadmaps.

+ Manage schedules, budgets ($5M–$10M+), risks, and vendor relationships with precision.

+ Champion Agile practices to accelerate delivery and continuously improve outcomes.

+ Communicate program status, wins, and roadblocks to executives with clarity and confidence.

+ Coach and mentor project managers to help them grow and deliver at scale.

What You Bring

+ Proven experience managing complex, multi-discipline digital or eCommerce programs.

+ Proven success delivering enterprise-scale web or mobile application projects.

+ Experience leading teams of 20+ across multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.

+ Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.

+ Skilled in estimation, planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presence.

Bonus Points

+ Significant experience in digital transformation or platform modernization.

+ Prior work managing customer-facing, revenue-driving digital initiatives.

+ Background in B2C or B2B eCommerce, retail, or subscription-based digital products.

+ Ability to influence senior business leaders and translate technical progress into business impact.
