The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Middleware Integration Lead - PST will be responsible for aligning and driving the Enterprise Middleware strategy with that of the RTX S/4HANA program. This role resides in the Enterprise Services Middleware Integration team and will partner closely to influence the Digital Process and Systems Transformation (PST) organization and is responsible for all aspects of the technical implementation of non-SAP (Boundary system) Integration deliverables for Enterprise Services, including strategy, patterns, design, deployment, migration, and support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a well-rounded Middleware Integration technical background including SAP and SAP BTP-IS and will be tasked with development and implementation of the program’s roadmap and patterns as well as driving and coordinating implementation of all Boundary system integrations. Senior Executive leadership interaction will be routine, requiring strong communication skills in these forums. Additionally, this individual acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, tracks progress and adjusts plans as necessary to deliver business value and meet functional needs effectively.
What You Will Do:
+ Manage the intake and routing of all S/4 HANA Middleware Integration scope for Enterprise Services.
+ Develop and implement the functional roadmap and strategy for Enterprise Services integration, including input into patterns, processes, policies, standards or operating plans in support of the functional strategy.
+ Provides thought leadership and engineering input into the overall architecture of our Integration solutions.
+ Oversee the design and builds across various Integration streams, including B2B-EDI, working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and customers to refine requirements and document technical designs.
+ Supports detailed reviews of design and code to ensure maximum use of reusable modules, minimal impact on existing applications and systems, the highest possible overall quality, etc.
+ Oversees Unit test, Integration test and Stress test interfaces using vendor tools and external test simulation tools.
+ Guides, mentors and develops others across team and Enterprise.
+ Build, track and report training plans for Integration team members to align to evolving S/4 HANA and Middleware integration landscape.
+ Owns the support handoff from the PST program and leads the sustaining model for of all S/4 HANA Middleware Integration platforms and scope, ultimately serving as the last line of defense on critical and complex issues.
+ Provides advanced problem solving and technical support, including continuous review and enhancement of team procedures to increase the team's effectiveness and efficiency in the support of our clients.
+ Ability to travel up to 20%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, and minimum 12 years related experience, or equivalent experience.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and influence technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels, as well as a strong work ethic and proven perseverance in driving issues through to completion to obtain intended results.
+ Expert knowledge of Integration Patterns as well as Application Programming Interface (API) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies.
+ Mastery development knowledge across multiple Integration platforms including SAP BTP-IS, or equivalent.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Strong development knowledge in IBM Sterling EDI Integrator, or equivalent, and Apigee API Management, or equivalent.
+ Solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) collaboration and related supply chain, logistics and financial transaction sets.
+ SAFe Agile trained or certified.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
