    Our team leads innovation in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps, focusing on optimizing the Sam’s Club eCommerce platform. We develop intelligent AI and ML-powered tools that enhance platform reliability, streamline workflows, and support millions of users. Our mission includes building advanced solutions for incident prediction, performance monitoring, and automated infrastructure management to ensure a resilient and efficient eCommerce environment. Combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of retail operations, we deliver custom DevOps and SRE tools that enable scalable growth and exceptional user experiences aligned with business goals.

    What you'll do:

    + Lead delivery of scoped software features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.

    + Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.

    + Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions, participating in design reviews and applying best practices.

    + Integrate AI/ML components and APIs to enhance software capabilities and innovation.

    + Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability through proactive DevOps practices.

    + Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote continuous improvement within the engineering team.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.

    The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

    Minimum Qualifications...
