Come help us make shopping not just easier, but extraordinary. **About the Role** As Director of Technology Operations, you’ll be the **storyteller** **connecting strategy and technology,** turning Walmart’s bold, AI-powered content vision into real results. Reporting to the Senior Director of Item Experience, you’ll **lead cross-functional teams** across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to supercharge Walmart’s Content Quality Acceleration strategy reinventing how item content is created, optimized, and scaled. You’re a **systems thinker and strategic operator** who thrives in ambiguity, aligns complex ecosystems, and drives clarity through communication. You’ll partner across Walmart and with leading content partners to deliver transformative, customer-first experiences. + Deep expertise in **content ecosystems** , automation, quality scoring, and performance analytics.

+ Experience driving **cross-functional transformations** with measurable business outcomes.

+ You have experience working with and managing external partners and contracts.

+ You have experience managing multiple initiatives at once.

+ You’ve built strategies requiring associative thinking.

+ You’ve leveraged user research and data to understand why strategies do and don’t work.

+ You have experience translating a vision into decks, strategic requirement documents, and similar.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

3 years’ supervisory experience.
