What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Editorial leads content planning and scheduling for VIZIO's on-device ecosystem. This role collaborates cross-functionally to deliver an engaging on-platform user experience from hundreds of streaming services and free channels and supports go-to-market initiatives. As a manager you will create and streamline workflows, track and optimize campaign performance, brainstorm new initiatives and keep a pulse on entertainment trends as it relates to streaming.

The Editorial team drives platform growth by combining data-driven insights with creative strategy. Collaborating across departments, the team schedules and delivers compelling content that enhances user engagement and experience. Focused on maintaining high editorial standards, the team supports continuous improvement and innovation while fostering strong partnerships. Their efforts ensure consistent, impactful content aligned with business goals, contributing to seamless and engaging experiences for customers across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
+ Lead and oversee on-device scheduling, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support initiatives and drive results.
+ Utilize performance data and entertainment trends to inform content strategies.
+ Manage content scheduling process including editorial calendars, quality assurance and consistency, asset management and documentation.
+ Coordinate campaign launches and evaluate their effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
+ Promote adherence to editorial best practices and governance standards.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience in managing editorial teams and content development processes.
+ Strong knowledge of content marketing and editorial calendar management.
+ Proficiency with content management systems and digital content creation tools.
+ Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to inform editorial strategies.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
+ Experience in planning and executing campaigns and product launches aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
