Through this work, we enable our business partners to enhance their efficiency and accelerate their pace in carrying out their daily responsibilities and strategic goals. **About the Role:** As a Product Manager in the AI Technology space, you will be a key driver in the development and adoption of AI solutions within a business segment. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while collaborating with the business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to life. Your expertise in AI technologies, along with strong product management skills, will be crucial in shaping the future of our innovative products. **Responsibilities:** - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI technology solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and execute product plans that cater to the specific needs of business teams. - Conduct market and business research using analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation in commercial business data analysis. - Drive the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models tailored for generative AI solutions on top of business data. - Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously improve existing solutions. - Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of Generative AI technology with existing commercial finance systems and platforms. - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and drive product adoption and success. **Essential Skills:** - Strong understanding and experience in AI technology, including knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks in the context of finance data. - Proven track record in product management, with experience in building and launching successful AI-driven financial products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions in the assigned business domain. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the business. - Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for innovation using AI technology in business. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in the context of business data analysis. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology and a keen interest in applying it to real-world commercial business problems. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - 5-10 years of experience in product management, AI technology, or related fields, with a focus on business or financial data. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, data infrastructure, and scalable architectures - Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
