The Opportunity
This role will focus on the system administration of Abbott’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) tool. The candidate will support the BCM team and users with technical expertise. Specific duties of this role include: managing licenses; enabling access to specific security groups, providing reports for the BCM team and divisions; troubleshooting technical issues with users, uploading data into the tool, ensuring the accuracy of data within the tool, and managing content for BCM SharePoint sites, including BCM training.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Ensure that user requests and incidents are addressed in a timely manner
+ Open and manage support tickets to the software vendor
+ Manage user licenses and security groups, including annual attestation
+ Create reports, dashboards and monthly metrics
+ Configure objects, view or fields for different roles or use cases
+ Create/modify/troubleshoot workflows to improve automation
+ Manually upload data into Fusion and work on projects to automate uploads
+ Monitor automation and investigate any exceptions
+ Provide Technical Expertise for IT Data Lifecycle Management, including:
+ Executive Risk Summary
+ Configuration Management DataBase (CMDB) Change Management
+ Data Loss Prevention Program Controls, Remediations & Exception Requests
+ System Risk Classification
+ Data Lifecycle Management
+ Data Management Plan
+ Support Contract Renewals or RFPs with technical expertise
+ Test configuration changes in the sandbox
+ Provide technical insight for BCM tool strategy
+ Support incident management and plan activations
+ Manage Business Continuity Content on the internal website and SharePoint site
+ Design educational and program content for technological topics
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with equivalent work experience required.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Fusion, Salesforce, or other GRC tool is a plus
+ The ideal candidate:
+ Is or will become certified as a Fusion System Administrator
+ Has a strong desire for learning
+ Is flexible and coachable
+ Has an intellectual curiosity
+ Has strong analytical capability and is experienced with Microsoft products, i.e. Excel
+ Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with manager to prioritize work
+ Has good time management skills
+ Has excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
+ Is an excellent problem solver and independent thinker with the ability to create innovative solutions.
+ Has the ability to work effectively across several different functional areas in a collaborative environment.
+ Has the ability to provide timely and accurate customer service
+ Has knowledge and experience in one or more of the following is desired:
+ Power BI or other data mining experience
+ Analysis – be able to tell a story with numbers and reporting
+ Database Management – have familiarity with the way databases and tables integrate
+ System Administration – understand system maintenance and user management

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
