The purpose of this role is to drive Cybersecurity strategic objectives through thought leadership, organizational design, management, execution and delivery of a portfolio of projects. Responsible for providing oversight and accountability for all Cybersecurity projects/programs of varying sizes, including transformational initiatives, with a focus on risk identification and remediation. Influences and leads large-scale change initiatives. Responsible for project financials, resource management and allocation, portfolio health, and executive reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, enhance, and run ET demand process that aligns resources and activities with enterprise and technology priorities.
2. Oversee and monitor the health and effectiveness of the overall ET portfolio of change, including intake, planning, business readiness, and execution.
3. Provide direct leadership to teams of internal and external resources to ensure their ability to effectively deliver appropriate project management, business analysis, business readiness, and client and teammate communications.
4. Engage with various partners, including Risk partners, to ensure project review, oversight, and mitigation plans are in accordance with enterprise standards.
5. Contribute to short and long-term project prioritization and planning for the overall ET portfolio and ensuring coordination of planning of initiatives in other areas.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key leaders to ensure coordination, support and buy-in of delivery plans within the assigned portfolio.
7. Manage effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) to guide organizational, process, and technology change to a successful resolution by focused preparation, implementation, and follow-through of change readiness efforts for teammates.
8. Provides portfolio level dashboards and executive summaries to keep leaders abreast of the health of the line of business portfolios.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Nine to eleven (9-11) years progressive related experience in managing enterprise technology organizations or similar organizations combined with overall twelve years progressive related experience in project/program/portfolio management.
3. Three to five years (3-5) of manager experience.
4. Demonstrated experience in technology organization management, financial management, risk management, people management, issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables.
5. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include
2. General business management, consulting-type work, or other disciplines related to business management and/or technology.
3. In-depth and broad knowledge within own professional discipline, such as finance, project management, change management, strategy development, etc.
4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
5. Experience managing a team, including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.
6. Executive level communication skills, including negotiation, persuasion and ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
7. Provides thought leadership, organizational design, management and execution of an SLT-designated core function(s) or program(s).
8. Directs and oversees financial management, organizational planning and design, planning and coordination of Cyber programs.
9. Directs organizational efforts to partner closely with cyber domain managers and subject matter experts to develop program design, plan, metrics, and execution strategy.
10. Ensures that business cases are developed for budgeting, planning, and tracking revenue and/or expense.
11. Directs and oversees relationships with business owners and technology leads to support overall program needs.
12. Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
13. Ensures implementation and oversight of appropriate risk management plans for program initiatives in area of responsibility.
14. Monitors and challenges performance of current systems and processes.
Identifies and advocates for solutions designed to deliver value and mitigate risk as appropriate.
15. Vets new solutions and determines at what point larger issues require escalation to upper management. Leads teams or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources.
16. Analyzes and collectively manages variances to the program plan and overall portfolio and makes recommendation and/or creates action plan to mitigate negative variances or to resolve issues. Articulates overall performance of multiple programs and initiatives via dashboard reporting for use by key executives.
