Responsibilities
A s a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping Novant Health’s supply chain systems running smoothly. You will:
+ Research and resolve issues to ensure purchase orders, invoices, and inventory transactions process accurately.
+ Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and vendor partners to maintain and improve ERP and procurement system functionality.
+ Analyze, compile, correct, and load master data into our ERP, procurement, and vendor systems.
+ Gather and document business requirements, test and debug system changes, and support project implementations.
+ Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts within our Supply Chain systems.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree, required. Preferably in business, supply chain, marketing, or IT.
May consider candidates with at least five (5) years of operational or Supply Chain data analysis experience in lieu of degree.
+ Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in operational or Supply Chain data analysis, required.
+ Skills:
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with ERP and procurement systems, especially Infor/Lawson
+ Background in healthcare or supply chain operations
+ Experience with system implementations and project work
+ Microsoft Access knowledge
