Senior Manager, XM Institute Labs
Why We Have This Role
XM Institute Labs is the cornerstone of Qualtrics’ mission to standardize and scale how organizations deploy and mature their Experience Management (XM) programs. This role is integral to accelerating customer maturity and product readiness by leading Labs that blend hands-on customer engagement with real-world product validation. You’ll work closely with leadership across Product, Services, GTM, and Customer Success teams to align deployment methodologies and scale meaningful adoption. How You’ll Find Success
+ Develop and operationalize deployment standards that define how Qualtrics CX and Strategic Research solutions are implemented and scaled
+ Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to co-create and validate scalable, repeatable methodologies
+ Successfully transition pilot deployments into mature offerings aligned with services, enablement, and digital pathways
+ Measure and accelerate customer outcomes such as time-to-value, maturity progression, and expansion
+ Demonstrate strong leadership that unites senior stakeholders around a shared deployment vision
+ Inspire and facilitate immersive, customer-centric experiences that deepen engagement and adoption
+ Leverage your deep understanding of customer success, professional services, and partner delivery to ensure a customer-obsessed approach

+ Strengthen your leadership impact by influencing cross-functional teams across Product, GTM, and Services at a senior level

Things You’ll Do
+ Own the end-to-end strategy and operating model for XM Institute Labs, setting standards for deployment methodology and frameworks
+ Lead immersive, hands-on Labs experiences that enable customers and practitioners to build real implementations guided by proven best practices
+ Manage the rotational practitioner program, engaging top Services and Solutions Engineering talent to co-architect and advocate for Labs methodologies
+ Partner with Basecamp and Community teams to modularize and scale Labs content into self-serve and peer-supported learning pathways globally
+ Measure program impact through key metrics including deployment velocity, customer maturity, and adoption-driven expansion
+ Serve as an external ambassador for Qualtrics, shaping how the industry thinks about deploying, maturing, and scaling XM capabilities
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
+ 12+ years leading large-scale enablement, deployment, or transformation initiatives within enterprise SaaS or consulting environments
+ Track record of converting complex delivery expertise into standardized, repeatable frameworks that scale across functions
+ Proven success in aligning and scaling programs across Services, Customer Success, Product, and GTM teams with measurable impact
+ Exceptional ability to build governance and cross-functional momentum among senior leadership and varied stakeholders
+ Skilled communicator and facilitator comfortable engaging executive audiences and leading immersive learning experiences
+ Familiarity with professional services, partner delivery models, and AI-powered SaaS ecosystems preferred

_For full-time positions_ , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
