**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator
**Location:** Mesa, AZ
**Pay Rate:** $25.00-$30.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
**Schedule:** 1st shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm
**Employment Type:** Direct Hire
Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, running parts, and working with a variety of metal materials. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
+ Interpret and read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T to ensure accurate machining processes.
+ Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls and CAM programming software.
+ Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.
+ Maintain tooling and perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
+ Proficiency in CNC programming, CAM programming, and blueprint reading.
+ Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining various materials including plastics for injection molding.
+ Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques.
+ Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
+ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
