The **Business Lead Analyst, Vice President** is a high impact role responsible for driving the development and execution of the U.S. Branded Cards & Unsecured Lending strategy. This position will spearhead critical Business Execution activities, translating high-level vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic alignment across all facets of the business. You will have a front row seat to see how one of Citi’s largest businesses is run. Key responsibilities include managing high-impact strategy projects that shape the future trajectory of our lending products, conducting in-depth competitor insights, facilitating senior business reviews and orchestrating leadership offsites. The Business Lead Analyst will report into the Head of Business Execution and directly support the Head of U.S. Branded Cards & Unsecured Lending.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Performance Management:** Design and manage comprehensive Executive Dashboards, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that directly measure progress against strategic initiatives. Proactively identify, analyze, and highlight any execution risks or deviations to leadership.
+ **Communication & Influence:** Develop impactful and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate strategic vision, plans, and outcomes for the Head of Branded Cards & Unsecured Lending and other Senior Leadership, fostering alignment and gaining buy-in for strategic initiatives.
+ **Strategy Project Management:** Provide expert project planning and management support for high-priority strategic projects across all areas of Cards, acting as a key resource to ensure successful initiation, execution, and delivery of outcomes.
+ **Routine Management:** Oversee and optimize strategic routines for the U.S. Branded Cards and Unsecured Lending business, including staff meetings and dedicated strategy sessions, ensuring they are productive forums for debate, decision-making, and alignment.
**Qualifications** :
+ 6+ years of experience in Financial Services.
+ Project planning and management experience.
+ Understands consumer financial services businesses and operating model.
+ Proven strategic thinking and analytic skills coupled with financial acumen.
+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
+ Highly organized and detail oriented.
+ Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience developing Power Point presentations.
+ Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
+ Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimize results.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
