**Salary:** $26.00 with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses
**Duration:** May to August 2026 – Summer Internship
Job Summary:
The Warehousing and Cross-Border Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting logistics, inventory management, and international shipping operations. Working closely with the supply chain team, this role will assist in the coordination of warehouse activities, cross-border documentation, and data analysis to ensure smooth and compliant product movement between facilities and customers. This internship provides valuable exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and international trade processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Additional projects may include research om regulations, managing records, assisting with audits, and working with external partners such as Customs brokers.
Position Responsibilities:
Warehousing Support
+ Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking.
+ Help review and update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Support continuous improvement efforts related to warehouse layout, process efficiency, and safety.
+ Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
Cross-Border and Logistics Coordination
+ Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation for international shipments (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
+ Support coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely Customs clearance.
+ Assist with research on new or upcoming regulations.
+ Support audits and record keeping requirements.
+ Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate status updates to internal teams.
+ Learn about international shipping regulations, customs compliance, and Incoterms.
Data and Process Improvement
+ Gather and analyze logistics and warehouse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
+ Assist in projects to improve trade compliance processes such as exploring the use of AI.
+ Create and update process documentation, shipping logs, and standard operating procedures.
+ Participate in team meetings to learn how warehousing and logistics impact broader supply chain performance.

Qualifications / Requirements:
+ Full-time student status in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Requires an overall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems a plus.
+ Interest in logistics, warehousing, or international trade.
