    Job Summary

    The Innovation Facility Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of a coworking facility to ensure a seamless experience for members and provide administration support to the Office of Innovation Management (OIM) and the University of Southern Mississippi Research Foundation. (USMRF).

     

    Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Manage daily activities to ensure the facility is clean and ready for members.Coordinate booking, events, and vendors for supplies and services.Review financial reports, track occupancy rates and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction.

    + Perform administrative duties and office activities to support OIM and the Research Foundation.Process and maintain accounts payable transactions and perform clerical and accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

    + Foster an environment that is welcoming to members and promotes a collaborative atmosphere.

    + Support marketing and communication initiatives to grow memberships and community engagement.

    + Assist with innovation project coordination tasks as directed by the Assistant Director, Innovation & Impact.Support communication and documentation processes across OIM and Research Foundation initiative

    + Performs other duties as assigned.
