    Sr. Supervisor, Infusion Nursing

    Hybrid Role – Work from Home & In-Office

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in home and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:

     

    + Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.

    + Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.

    + Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling.

    + Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.

    + Identifying and recommending process improvements.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Active, unencumbered RN license

    + 5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

    + 1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)

    + Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred

    + Strong IV insertion skills

    + Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care

    + Experience with utilization management

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms

    + Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed

    + Ability to travel up to 10%

    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

     

    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81,300 - 135,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

     

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
