Job Description Summary:
Supports the management of a Product Program(s), in coordination with the Product Manager and/or Therapeutic Category Manager, including but not limited to: Product specific requirements (such as referral management, data collection/reporting, rendering, services as contracted, etc.), network training and compliance (where applicable), internal/external communications, and Product operations and execution. Will work collaboratively with other Option Care Health functional areas as needed.

**Job Responsibilities** (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
+ Supports and performs ongoing operational management of a Product Program(s) across the Option Care Health network, in coordination with key stakeholders such as Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Services.
+ Ensures compliance with Service/Distribution Agreement including but not limited to referral management, performance of contracted services (where applicable), data collection, data reporting and service fee (where applicable) processing.
+ Accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on assigned Product Program(s).
+ Supports network training and compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities

(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.)
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and at least one year experience in the infusion industry.
+ Licensed Pharmacist, Nurse, or Registered Dietitian
+ Experience working with infusion branch operations and operating systems.
Basic Qualifications
+ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient computer skills that include the ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office Suite, and acceptable data entry skills.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $70,218.51-$117,008.35
