    The Supply Chain Security Operations, Sr. Manager provides strategic leadership for Lowe's Asset Protection, Safety, and Security programs across the supply chain. This role oversees daily security operations, leads the in-house security model, and partners with cross-functional leaders to drive safety, training, and operational goals that reduce risk and expense. The Sr. Manager ensures

     

    proactive risk mitigation, enhances program performance, and prepares the network to meet evolving business challenges.

    What You Will Do

    + Develop and run physical security programs that align with business needs.

    + Manage In-House Security Teams while overseeing hiring, training, and daily work of security staff.

    + Supervise Third-Party Guards, manage contracts and performance of outside security vendors.

    + Drive Technology Rollouts in supporting implementation of cameras, systems, and other tools.

    + Set up and manage centralized teams using surveillance technology.

    + Make sure programs follow company policies and industry standards to ensure compliance

    + Create SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and improve results.

    + Assist in the hiring and building a strong team

    + Ensure security staff certifications are up to date.

    + Partner with internally, working closely with HR, Operations, and other leaders to align on goals.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and bring in new ideas.

    + Reinforce the importance of security in overall business success.

    + Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on security issues.

    + Analyze data using reports and trends to spot gaps and drive improvements.

    + Communicate Clearly.Share updates and insights with senior leaders.

    + Train and support managers and frontline team members.

    + Visit sites to review performance and recommend improvements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in in Criminal Justice, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience

    + 8 years in asset protection, security, or related roles

    + 8 years of experience with physical security systems (e.g., Genetec CCTV, EAS)

    + 5 years of experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills

    + 5 years of experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

    + 5 years of experience training or presenting to small and large groups of people

    + 3 years of experience in multi-location or retail environments

    + 3 years of experience directly leading a team

    + 3 years of strong data analysis background

    + 3 years of experience with security compliance, audits, and policy implementation

    Preferred Skills/ Experience

    + Master’s Criminal Justice, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience

    + 3 years of experience in omni-channel retail or matrixed organizations
