Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to enable commerce experiences on our platform.
2. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
3. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
4. Communicate status and big picture to the project team and management.
5. Perform risk management and change management on projects.
6. Provide day-today coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
7. Drive internal process improvements, remove gaps, across multiple teams and ensure teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.
8. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications:

9. Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer related occupation. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
10. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
11. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
12. Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
13. Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
14. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
15. Analytical and problem- solving experience with large-scale systems and
16. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
Public Compensation:
$254,172/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
