**BayCare** is currently in search of a highly skilled and adaptable **Physical Therapist Pool/PRN** to join our dynamic team within a hospital-based, multi-disciplinary environment. This role supports high-acuity specialty programs, including but not limited to neurology, cardiopulmonary, oncology, trauma, and complex medical-surgical populations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

Acute Physical Therapist Pool/PRN Responsibilities:

+ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

+ Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to coordinate care.

+ Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and post-discharge recommendations.

+ Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.

+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

+ Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Required PT (Physical Therapy)

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

+ Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy

+ Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist
