Job Summary
The IDCS PMO Director will lead a team of project and program managers who support various business stakeholders with complex build requirements. The Director will provide strategic leadership and will ensure project success across all builds, including kit servers, appliances, and rack integration projects. This role requires that the Director interact with sales teams, communicate with customers, manage escalations, and provide readouts, on the state of the business, to senior executives.This role requires leadership, discipline and the ability to manage competing demands, and resources while executing project completion to meet aggressive timelines. This position is required to report to the SHI Piscataway office location and reports to the Vice President of Integration Data Center Services.
Role Description
+ Oversee the team of Project and Program Managers.
+ Act as the primary escalation point for Project & Program Managers, addressing any issues and escalating them to the Operations Manager, Escalation Management team, and Vice President when necessary.
+ Ensure alignment of build timelines across project management, configuration, engineering, and quality control teams to maintain accurate shipping schedules.
+ Partner with the Demand Planning team and create quarterly OEM QBR reports.
+ Present IDCS scorecard results to Sales and Leadership teams.
+ Present IDCS status and achievements in customer-facing meetings.
+ Support PMO management and confirm that incoming projects are balanced across the PMO.
+ Help the PMO juggle project management responsibilities while meeting aggressive timelines.
+ Ensure that training documentation is continuously updated to successfully onboard new PMO members.
+ Serve as a coach and mentor to the PMO staff.

Other Requirements
+ Bachelor’s in business or relevant work experience required
+ 5-7 years’ experience leading project management teams, preferably in the IT field
+ 5-7 years' experience managing day-to-day activities of PMO
+ 5-7 years' experience in portfolio and project management
+ 3-5 years' experience communicating project plans/status to internal and external stakeholders of all levels
+ 3-5 years' experience presenting to project teams, internal management, and client/customer executives
+ Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
+ Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
+ Ability to travel 25%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
