    Job Description

To achieve this vision, Aramark Correctional Services will deliver strategic data assets that enable our operators to maximize the hospitality experience for our consumer and clients.

     

    We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst who will work collaboratively with our enterprise and line of business stakeholders to continue the evolution of our enterprise and LOB data platforms. The successful candidate will design, build, and deliver cloud-native, service-oriented products that transform our data visualization and business intelligence capabilities.

    Job Responsibilities

    Core Job Duties/Responsibilities

     

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 1?3 years of experience to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, skilled in SQL, and eager to turn business requirements into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior analysts to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that drive informed decision-making.

    The role is accountable for:

    + Collaborate with business users and product owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

    + Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from various sources.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools.

    + Support the design and implementation of semantic data models to enable self-service analytics.

    + Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).

    + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

    + Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery.

     

    Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    + 1?3 years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, or related field.

    + Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.

    + Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools for report/dashboard creation.

    + Familiarity with semantic modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, fact/dimension design).

    + Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

    + Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
