    + Collaborate with engineering managers, product leaders, and architects to shape technical roadmaps.

    + Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

    • What You Bring

    + **8–10 years** of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership.

    + Deep expertise in programming languages, software architecture, and technical strategy.

    + Proven ability to lead and mentor large engineering teams.

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

    • Must-Have Skills

    + **Java** : Advanced proficiency in building robust, scalable applications.

    + **AWS** : Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and services.

    + **Open Source Stack** : Familiarity with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools that power agile development.

    + **Guidewire Software** : Insurance industry experience

    **Pay Philosophy** : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

     

    Salary Range $121k -$165k
