Salary: $63,000 – $72,000 per year (plus on-call stipend, based on experience)

We’re seeking an RN Assisted Living Coordinator to lead our care team and ensure that every resident receives the highest quality of life and nursing support.
Position Summary
The RN Assisted Living Coordinator oversees the daily clinical operations of our assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining the highest standards of resident care. This role involves direct nursing oversight, staff education, care plan management, and collaboration with residents, families, and physicians to promote overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee all resident care and wellness programming within the assisted living community.
+ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans (ISPs) for residents.
+ Supervise and train care staff to ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations.
+ Perform regular assessments, documentation, and communication with physicians and family members.
+ Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
+ Monitor medication administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 clinical support as needed.
+ Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that supports resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications
+ Active RN license in the state of Iowa (required).
+ Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting (preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of state regulations and assisted living standards.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Compassionate approach and commitment to serving older adults.

Schedule
