What You'll Do:

+ Oversee and coordinate a major construction project or multiple complex initiatives, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards

+ Direct on-site construction inspection activities, maintaining rigorous quality assurance and contract compliance

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, chairing project meetings and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders

+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, verify contractor pay quantities, and manage contract administration records with precision

+ Lead and mentor field inspection staff, collaborating with designers to resolve challenges and drive project success

+ Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions that keep projects on track and within budget

+ Travel locally and occasionally out-of-area to support project needs

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred

+ Minimum of 15 years of construction inspection experience required

+ Valid driver’s license required

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred

+ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret complex contracts

+ Deep knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices

+ Physical ability to navigate active job sites and adapt to varying field conditions

+ NICET Level IV certification or PE license preferred

Salary Range:

$52.00 - $57.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
