CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking twoEngineer Ito join ourElectric Distribution Teamat aclient site near Norwell, MAwhere you will play a key role in building smarter, more resilient energy systems. This is your chance to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on how communities access and depend on electricity.

What You'll Do:

+ Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for electric distribution infrastructure including overhead and underground systems

+ Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates for grid resiliency and energy transition projects

+ Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing energy delivery

+ Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of electric distribution systems

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required

+ No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework is preferred

+ Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team

+ Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred

+ Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Salary Range:

$72,000 - $75,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
