    CHA Consulting, Inc.is seeking aDistribution Planner IIto join ourElectric Distribution Team, workingremotely. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to design and plan utility projects, work with client GIS systems, and ensure projects meet construction standards and client specifications.

    What You'll Do:

    + Demonstrate working knowledge of overhead and underground electric distribution systems, as well as gas distribution systems and client GIS design systems

    + Use data collected by Utility Specialists to develop designs according to client standards

    + Collect data and assist in submitting permit applications for assigned projects

    + Travel locally and occasionally out-of-area to review project progress and perform field duties

    What You Bring:

    + Associate’s degree or combination of High School Diploma and relevant work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience required

    + Valid driver’s license required

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, GIS, and Work Management Systems

    + Willingness to learn client systems and applications

    + Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Salary Range:

    $28.00 - $30.00

     

    Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
