One of our clients is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join their team. This resource should have strong technical knowledge in the Payroll module of Oracle HCM

What’s needed for the job?
Oracle HCM Payroll Developer
Follows the company software development lifecycle (SDLC) to design, code/configure, test, debug and implement application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Collaborates with the respective teams to achieve quality and consistency.
As a team member, enhance the product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team. Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them. Pay close attention to details when running the tests, documenting, and reporting results. Report any defects and collaborate to find a resolution.
The candidate should have the following qualifications to support the Oracle HCM on Cloud:
• 3-6 plus years of experience.
• Certified Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner (preferred not required).
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll product.
• Understanding of End-to-End integrations between HR, Compensation and Payroll.
• Deep understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes and Payroll Accounting.
• Solid knowledge on the creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated with it.
• Solid knowledge of the Tables used in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs.
• Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of PL-SQL and OIC desirable.
