    **Location:** 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360

    **Shift:** 1st shift

    **Sched** **ule:** Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

    **Pay Range:** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

     

    Lead with Purpose and Precision

     

    We're looking for a proactive and experienced **Team Lead** to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed

    + Provide daily guidance and support to department employees

    + Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards

    + Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals

    + Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists

    + Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor

    Requirements & Skills:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.)

    + Basic computer skills and data entry skills

    + Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge

    + Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands

    Work Environment & Physical Demands:

    This role operates in a **high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting** . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and **lifting up to 70 lbs** . PPE provided.
