Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Governance and Data Management department supporting Financial Crimes Operations and Risk Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
+ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop effective data governance strategies.
+ Document use case inventories, data element inventories, data source data element dictionaries, and conduct data quality checks.
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
+ Proficiency in manipulating data via Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables).
+ Experience with SQL and PowerBI for data extraction and wrangling.
+ Knowledge of data governance concepts and tools, including data quality checks and controls.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including process documentation and presentation creation.
