Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong leadership** , **problem-solving skills** , and **attention to detail** which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Pay Range: 28-30/hr

What’s the Job?

+ Oversee daily operations of building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.

+ Maintain, inspect, and implement preventive and corrective programs for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

+ Coordinate activities of contractors and maintain adequate inventory of tools and supplies.

+ Provide training and support to staff, promoting technical expertise and professionalism.

What’s Needed?

+ Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

+ 7+ years of facility management experience, including supervisory roles.

+ Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Certifications: Universal Technician for CFCs (or within 90 days) and Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent.
