Our client, a company specializing in harvesting edible flowers for fine dining restaurants, is seeking a dedicated General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the Greenhouse Operations supporting harvesting and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Labor

**Location:** Riverhead, NY

**Pay Range:** $16.5

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and packaging edible flowers and leaves

+ Maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment

+ Assist with general plant care and maintenance

+ Support team members in daily operations

+ Ensure quality standards are met during harvesting and packaging

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; willingness to learn is appreciated

+ Ability to perform manual tasks in a greenhouse environment

+ Good communication skills bilingual in English & Spanish is needed

+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

+ Ability to work full-time during the scheduled hours
