    Our client, a leader in healthcare technology and medical device support, is seeking a Product Support Specialist Sr. II to join their team. As a Product Support Specialist Sr. II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting healthcare providers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Product Support Specialist Sr. II

    **Location:** Princeton, NJ

     

    Pay Range: 30 -32/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide direct support to internal and external customers regarding medical device products.

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, diagnosing issues and providing troubleshooting solutions.

    + Analyze complaints, identify trends, and communicate product issues effectively.

    + Maintain and implement the effectiveness of the Quality System documentation.

    + Educate customers on product use and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sciences, medical, technical, or engineering fields.

    + 3-5 years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment or medical device support.

    + Strong ability to assimilate complex technical information and make independent decisions.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

    + Experience using databases and computer software to manage tasks efficiently.
