As a Technical Support Representative, you will be an essential part of the Customer Support Department supporting end users with technical issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Technical Support Representative **Location:** Alpharetta, GA What's the Job? + Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries via phone, providing first-level technical support. + Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues related to pharmacy applications and enterprise systems. + Set clear expectations for follow-up if issues cannot be resolved during the initial contact. + Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-up. + Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system to ensure continuous support quality. What's Needed? + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment. + Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications. + Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
