    Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Reliability Engineer

    **Location:** Cincinnati, Ohio

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

    + Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.

    + Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.

    + Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem-solving.

    + Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

    + 1-2 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in manufacturing environments.

    + Experience with process flow diagrams, CAD drawings, and data analysis.

    + Open to candidates with 3+ years of engineering experience and familiarity with HMI systems such as Wonderware.

    + Knowledge of thermodynamics or heat transfer principles is advantageous.
