    Our client, industry leader in mailing and document processing solutions, is seeking a Production Generalist I- to join their team. As a Production Generalist I-, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring efficient operation of inserting equipment and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Generalist I-

    **Location:** HAZELWOOD, MO

    **Pay Range:** $22

    **Shift:** Hazelwood Insertion Second Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate a variety of insert machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest

    + Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot inserting equipment to ensure smooth production

    + Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and identify damaged mail

    + Stage materials after job completion for warehouse pickup

    + Support production volume changes and perform additional tasks as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience using a computer for data entry

    + Proficiency in spoken and written English

    + Ability to perform basic math calculations

    + Ability to stand for 95% of the shift and lift up to 40 pounds safely

    + Capability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend regularly
