Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting a team committed to quality, safety, and efficiency. **Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Location:** Columbus, OH

**Pay Range:** $70,000 - $80,000

What's the Job?

+ Supervise and direct associates in performing their job duties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

+ Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all production team members.

+ Develop and train production associates, providing guidance on career development and performance improvement.

+ Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and support hiring and termination processes.

+ Review daily production schedules, ensure quality standards, and monitor sanitation and waste removal to maintain a clean and safe environment.

What's Needed?

+ Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience.

+ Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

+ Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

•Cuál será tu trabajo?

+ Supervisar y dirigir a los asociados en sus tareas, asegurando que se completen de manera eficiente y precisa.

+ Aplicar, desarrollar y mantener prácticas seguras de trabajo para todos los miembros del equipo de producción.

+ Desarrollar y capacitar a los asociados, brindando orientación sobre desarrollo profesional y mejora del desempeño.

+ Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño, gestionar acciones disciplinarias y apoyar procesos de contratación y terminación.

+ Revisar los programas de producción diarios, garantizar los estándares de calidad y monitorear la sanidad y eliminación de residuos para mantener un ambiente limpio y seguro.

•Qué necesitas?

+ Diploma de asociado o equivalente de una institución técnica o universidad de dos años, o dos años de experiencia relacionada.

+ Experiencia previa en supervisión en un entorno de fabricación o producción de alimentos.

+ Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMPs) y requisitos HACCP.

+ Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés; la fluidez en otros idiomas es una ventaja.

+ Sólido entendimiento de protocolos de seguridad y procedimientos de aseguramiento de calidad.
