    Our client, a leader in biological research and sample management, is seeking a Human Biological Sample Manager/Associate Archivist (two openings) Department, supporting critical functions that advance scientific discovery and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Human Biological Sample Manager/Associate Archivist

    **Location:** King of Prussia, PA

    **Pay Range:** $33.50hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Receive, inspect, accession, and archive human biological samples with precision and care.

    + Label, package, and ship samples while maintaining accurate records within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

    + Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and data integrity across all sample handling processes.

    + Assist with the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment to uphold quality standards.

    + Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to temperature excursions and equipment failures, ensuring sample integrity at all times.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience working with LIMS in a laboratory or sample management environment is preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to follow SOPs and maintain compliance with industry standards such as CLIA, CAP, GCP, GLP, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.

    + Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

    + Ability to work fully onsite in King of Prussia, PA.
