    The RCM Quality Auditor is responsible for performing detailed audits of outsourced revenue cycle processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational and payer standards. This role supports the identification of process gaps and contributes to performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams.

    If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.

    + 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, auditing, or quality assurance.

    + Familiarity with medical billing, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes.

    + Proficiency in RCM software, EHR systems, and auditing tools.

    Responsibilities:

    As a RCM Quality Auditor, you will:

    + Conduct routine audits of vendor activities including payment posting, denial resolution, and patient account follow-up.

    + Evaluate work against established guidelines, scorecards, and compliance standards.

    + Work closely with internal revenue cycle teams and vendor staff to clarify audit results and support corrective actions.

    + Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and recommendations.

    + Assist in preparing reports and summaries for leadership review.
