**Champion Home Builder, Inc** is seeking to hire a **Full-Time Receptionist** to join our team at our facility in Navasota, Tx. Join our team as we build the next chapter in our companies continued growth.

**Summary** Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
+ Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
+ Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
+ Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
+ Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
+ Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
+ Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
+ Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
+ Must have strong attention to detail
+ Must have a great work ethic
+ Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Experience with standard office equipment
+ Must live the Champion Operating Principles
+ Must be fluent in Spanish
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred; or six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
