    Reporting to the Customer Success Director, the **Customer Success Manager** is responsible for engaging, retaining, and enabling our customers to fully utilize the Aquatic Informatics software. CSM’s works with existing customers to understand their usage of Aquatic Informatics software and identify and qualify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities using a solution and consultative-based selling approach. As a CSM, you will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across AQI to accelerate the expansion of AQI Software within each customer.

     

    This position is part of the Sales team located across the US and Canada and will be remote.

    In this role, a typical day will look like:

    + Owning the ultimate success of AQI’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal. You will be ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments in AQI and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.

    + Working with leadership and functional colleagues, envision, build and manage new renewal motions for high volume renewals across product categories.

    + Supporting the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with key customers, assisting with the development goals and success criteria, and providing ongoing support for the execution of those goals.

    + Owning and ensuring on-time delivery of renewals for AQI’s existing customer base.

    + Developing and driving proactive one-to-many customer outreach programs and content creation (webinars, newsletters, white papers).

    + Using a solution and consultative based selling approach, identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business. Independently and in collaboration with the field sales team, ensuring subscription growth and increased solution footprint.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    + 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success Management, SaaS Sales in Account Management or equivalent

    + Direct experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment, including previous responsibility for independently driving a book of business and achievement against targets.

    + Direct experience managing customers in a high-volume setting, and in building programs and processes to effectively service lower size/higher volume segment of the customer base

    + Experience developing and driving one-to-many customer outreach programs, such as webinars, newsletters, and white papers, to increase engagement and retention. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach content and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.

    + Ability to work closely with an owned customer base, understand customer requirements, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of solutions within customer environment

    + BA or BS Degree, in a technically related field or equivalent working experience a strong plus

    + Experience using Salesforce or a Contract Renewal Automation platform a plus

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

     

    The compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
