Job Title: Customer Service Support Representative 1
Payrate: $ 23.00
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the client’s sales team by bridging the gap between Client’s and Meraki's sales platforms and be at the forefront of day to day problem solving for internal sales requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
Match Meraki’s existing customer and reseller database to that of Client’s
Analyze and assign cases in accordance with sales rules and alignment
Conduct end-customer research
Review and verify applications from partners
Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues
Support Meraki’s FedRAMP customer validation process
Release the Meraki FedRAMP compliance hold on live orders
Manage multiple internal and external team mailers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask
Capable of working in a high energy and deal/case volume environment
Comfortable working to meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient
Ability to leverage Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE (at least 1 year)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Sales Support or Data Entry position
University degree
Understanding of Federal order management or fulfillment procedures
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing critical operational assistance, focusing on workflow optimization, data management, and process adherence, rather than technical system support.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
