    **Pay:** $16.27/hr

    **Location:** Starts Onsite in San Antonio, TX Then 100% Remote!

    **Training Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (approx. 4 weeks)

    **Work Schedule After Training:** 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST, Monday–Friday - rotating Saturdays, occasional Sundays — never both!

    Ready to level up your pharmacy career _and_ work from home? We’re looking for **Certified Pharmacy Technicians** (or TX Trainee Techs in good standing) to join our **Participant Services Team** —a fast-paced, high-impact group that keeps our members’ health journeys running smoothly.

     

    As a **Pharmacy Tech in Participant Services** , you’ll be the friendly voice on the line helping members with their requests, resolving issues, and teaming up with departments like Pharmacy, Shipping, Finance, and Claims to keep things moving.

     

    You’ll get to flex your problem-solving muscles, sharpen your communication skills, and make a real difference—all while working in a supportive environment that values teamwork and growth.

    What You’ll Do

    + Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries with empathy and accuracy

    + Research and resolve requests submitted via mail or internal systems

    + Collaborate with departments like Pharmacy, Customer Care, and Eligibility to ensure fast, complete resolutions

    + Serve as the first point of contact before pharmacist involvement for clinical questions

    + Navigate multiple systems to track and manage requests efficiently

    What You Bring

    + A **current TX Pharmacy Tech or Trainee license** in good standing

    + Strong communication and multitasking skills

    + A knack for problem-solving and delivering top-notch service

    + Previous **customer service or call center experience** (a big plus!)
