    **Location:** North Charleston, SC

    Position Overview

    Adecco Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **General Manager** to oversee operations at a premier fitness facility. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for ensuring members and prospects receive exceptional service and enjoy top-quality facilities. This role requires a leader who can drive revenue, motivate teams, and uphold the integrity of the Crunch Fitness brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and motivate staff to achieve target revenue goals and business objectives.

    + Implement and support company policies, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive membership and personal training growth.

    + Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring staff knowledge of all programs, facilities, and equipment.

    + Recruit, train, and develop high-caliber employees to build a strong, customer-focused team.

    + Manage and support the Personal Training and Group Fitness departments to meet financial and performance goals.

    + Foster community engagement and staff involvement in local events and outreach.

    + Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships.

    + Ensure club cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards are consistently met.

    + Oversee inventory, equipment upkeep, and payroll processing.

    + Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.

    + Conduct regular departmental meetings to promote communication, accountability, and team cohesion.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + **Experience:**

    + 2+ years of sales experience (preferred)

    + 2+ years of management experience (preferred)

    + 2+ years of personal training or fitness industry experience (preferred)

    + **Certifications:** CPR/AED certification preferred.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage operational goals.

    + Must pass a background check and drug screening.

    + Must use finger scan technology for timekeeping.

    + This is an **on-site position** ; remote work is not available.
