    Responsibilities:

    + Manage calendars, schedule travel, and process expenses for multiple senior managers

    + Communicate effectively across teams and business functions

    + Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures

    + Support client entertainment functions and high-level administrative tasks

    Requirements:

    + 10+ years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level

    + Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Concur

    + Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
