We currently have an opportunity for a **Account Executive.**
**Job Responsibilities** :
To service new and existing Individual and Small Group accounts and coordinate account activity
+ Work within a fast paced team environment supporting Vice President of Sales and Manager of Operations
+ Service and monitor in-force accounts and disseminate account activity
+ Receive, review and forward, enrollment and other documents as necessary
+ Check all submissions processed in office for accuracy and correct errors
+ Interact with carriers and brokers regarding enrollment submissions and escalated enrollment issues
+ Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
+ Respond to service inquiries
+ Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (as necessary)
+ Attend Industry Events/Trainings as necessary

Position Qualifications
+ College degree and/or 5-7 years related experience
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Good mathematical aptitude
+ Computer literacy
+ Business skills and high degree of professionalism and motivation
Candidate Development
+ Performance reviews will be performed annually
+ Opportunities for advancement will be based upon merit and exemplary results against business objectives
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
