    The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and closeout of construction and environmental projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The PM serves as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and internal departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Planning

    + Convert business development leads into active jobs, including internal setup and kickoff documentation.

    + Develop cost estimates and scopes of work for bidding and change orders.

    + Coordinate with accounting and procurement to onboard vendors and finalize contracts.

    + Coordinate with vendors and material suppliers to ensure project submittals are received and processed according to project specifications.

    Execution

    + Manage daily and long-term scheduling for field crews, subcontractors, and deliveries.

    + Track job costs and monitor budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Maintain client communication and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

    + Ensure work requests are submitted, reviewed, and assigned appropriately.

    Closeout

    + Compile final reports, site condition documentation, budget summaries, and client sign-offs.

    + Lead project debriefs and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.

    General Oversight

    + Build and manage project teams based on experience, location, and availability.

    + Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistency and minimize breakdowns.

    + Monitor scope changes and notify stakeholders of budget or schedule impacts.

    + Ensure health and safety plans are developed and briefings are held for all field projects.

    Qualifications

    + 7+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

    + Proficiency in project management software and mobile survey tools.

    Salary Range:

    $115,000.00-125,000.00
